eLumigen No-Hassle Returns Policy
At eLumigen, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’ve made the return process as simple as possible.
Return Eligibility Except under the conditions noted below, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date for a full credit or exchange, provided the product is undamaged. When initiating a return, please indicate whether you prefer a credit or an exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging. For further details, refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Non-Refundable Items Please be aware that certain products are non-refundable. Should you purchase an item that is non-refundable, we will inform you before your order is fulfilled, explaining the refund restrictions, and offering you the option to cancel your order if you choose.
How to Make a Return To initiate a return, please log in to your eLumigen account, navigate to ‘Recent Orders’, and select “Return Items” next to the relevant order. We will immediately email you a printable shipping label along with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This return will be tracked in your account, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Upon your call, we will provide you with a shipping label and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Our customer service is available Monday through Friday, from 6am to 9pm (ET), and Saturdays from 7am to 5pm (ET).
Order Confirmation Inclusion Please include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip along with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase. Returns received at eLumigen without a valid RA number may be subject to a 15% processing fee, which will be deducted from any credit due.
